Mauritian food is a mix of Asian, African and European – mainly French, cuisines.
Our samosas are inspired by a similar Indian snack but are less spicy and contain more herbs

Can I reheat in the Oven or Air Fryer

- Remove samoussas from packaging
- Place them carefully on a baking sheet or air fryer basket
- Ensure they are not overcrowded, allowing hot air to circulate freely
3. Reheating Process
- Cook for 5-7 minutes total
- Gently turn the samoussas every 2-3 minutes to ensure even heating
- This rotation guarantees a uniformly golden and crispy exterior
How can I reheat in on a stovetop pan
1. Prepare Your Pan
- Use a non-stick pan or lightly oil a standard skillet
- Heat the pan to medium temperature
2. Reheating Technique
- Add samoussas to the preheated pan
- Turn samoussas every minute to prevent burning
- Total cooking time: 5-7 minutes
- Look for a golden-brown color and crispy texture
How do I reheat from frozen?
The same methods as air fryer, oven or stove top apply, with a slight adjustment to cooking time:
- Increase total cooking time to approximately 15 minutes
- Maintain the same temperature and turning technique
- Ensure samoussas are heated thoroughly to the cente

What allergens do your samoussas contain?
Our products contain wheat, flour (the pastry leaf is made of flour and water). There is no egg, nut
How do your keep your samoussas fresh?
Our samsoussas are made to order and We vacuum seal the samosas as soon as they are made
What makes your samoussas nutritious?
- We do not add any preservatives
- We use fresh ingredients.
- We blend our spices every week
- We use only the best ingredients, as we could do at home (pasture raised chicken, grass fed beef and lamb, albacore tuna from a small fishery in San Diego, organic potato, …)
- We cook in olive oil and fry in avocado oil
